Brief Itinerary / Schedule
- 10:00 AM – Participant pick-up (if applicable) / meet at agreed location
- 11:00 AM – Arrival at Burwood RSL Club and seating allocation
- 11:15 AM – 1:00 PM – Bingo session and group participation
- 1:00 PM – 1:30 PM – Lunch (provided) and social time
- 1:30 PM – Return travel / drop-off
What Participants Will Do
Participants will attend a structured bingo session in a supported group setting. They will engage in gameplay, follow number calling, mark cards, and participate in a relaxed social environment that encourages interaction, focus, and enjoyment.

Booking Requirements / Deadlines
- Bookings must be made at least 1 week in advance to secure seating and staffing
Cancellation Terms / Policies
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance
- Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will be charged in line with NDIS guidelines
Items Participants Need to Bring
- Comfortable clothing
- Any personal items (e.g., medication or sensory supports if required)
- Optional: small amount of cash/card for personal purchases (if applicable)
Costing / Participant Contribution
- Costs are charged in line with NDIS pricing arrangements and guidelines, including support worker hours, transport (if applicable), and coordination of the activity
- An additional participant contribution of $10–$20 applies to assist with bingo entry, venue-related costs, and meals
- Final invoicing will depend on individual support needs and service delivery requirements

- Lunch will be provided as part of the activity
- The environment may be busy and noisy; staff will provide support as required
