Brief Itinerary / Schedule
- 10:00 AM – Participant pick-up (if applicable) / meet at agreed location
- 11:00 AM – Arrival at cinema and ticket collection
- 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM – Movie screening
- 1:30 PM – 2:00 PM – Lunch (provided) and group discussion
- 2:00 PM – Return travel / drop-off
What Participants Will Do
Participants will attend a movie at Rhodes, enjoy a shared social experience, and engage in light group interaction before and after the film. Lunch will be provided following the movie.

Booking Requirements / Deadlines
- Bookings must be made at least 1 week in advance to secure tickets and staffing
Cancellation Terms / Policies
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance
- Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will be charged in line with NDIS guidelines
Items Participants Need to Bring
- Valid concession card (required for ticket purchase)
- Any personal items (e.g., medication, sensory supports if needed)
- Comfortable clothing
